My journey into business and leadership support did not start with business.It started with law.When I chose to study law in Nigeria, my goal was simple.
I wanted to support African women.Growing up, I saw a pattern that troubled me. Many women were left vulnerable when their husbands passed away. They had little access to financial independence, legal protection, or the tools needed to sustain themselves and their families.I wanted to change that.Studying law felt like the most direct path to helping close that gap.

The Unexpected Pivot

After completing my legal education, my career took an unexpected turn.Instead of practicing law, I stepped into the role of an Executive Assistant.At first glance, it seemed like a completely different path. But it gave me something I had always been curious about.Business.I have always been interested in how businesses actually work.Not the theory.
The real decisions behind the scenes.I wanted to see how founders think.
How leaders structure their operations.
How organizations survive and grow year after year.Working as an Executive Assistant gave me a front-row seat.I was no longer just observing business from the outside. I was inside the room where decisions were made.I saw how leaders think, how priorities are set, and how structure determines whether a business grows or struggles.That experience changed how I understood work, leadership, and growth.

Discovering the Power of Marketing

While working closely with executives and business owners, another pattern became clear.No matter how strong a business was internally, its ability to generate revenue depended heavily on visibility.A strong brand mattered.But having a strong brand was only half the story.The real difference came from knowing how to position and market that brand effectively.This realization led me deeper into marketing and brand strategy.I began studying how businesses communicate their value, build trust with their audience, and create systems that consistently attract opportunities.Over time, I began applying this knowledge while working with brands and business owners.Today, my work blends two powerful perspectives:1. Operational insight from years of executive support.2. Strategic understanding from working within marketing and brand development.

Supporting Assistants to Grow

While building my career, I noticed something else happening within the assistant profession.Many assistants felt stuck.The role was often described as a dead-end career.
People believed you started as an assistant and remained there without growth.My experience told a different story.Over the years, I was able to grow both in responsibility and income within the role. I saw firsthand that when assistants develop the right skills, systems thinking, and strategic awareness, the role becomes far more powerful than people assume.That realization pushed me to begin coaching other assistants.Today, I help assistants develop the clarity, confidence, and capabilities they need to grow within the profession.Through book, Mastering the Assistant Role, coaching programs, community conversations, and practical training, I equip assistants with the tools they need to succeed and expand their opportunities.

Today........I support leaders by bringing structure, clarity, and operational insight to the way they work.I help brands strengthen their visibility and communicate their value more effectively.And I coach assistants who want to grow their careers, increase their income, and step fully into the strategic potential of their role.
